- This request for Bid follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project that appeared in United Nations Development Business (UNDB) Issue No. WB-0P0015674 of 28.11. 2021. The Government of United Republic of Tanzania has received fund from the Word Bank (WB) under the Higher Education for Economic Transformation (HEET) Project through the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MoEST). This is a five years project from 2021/22 to 2025/26. Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences (MUHAS) is one of the public institutions benefiting from the project. MUHAS is directing the funds to development of teaching and learning infrastructure. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this fund will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for Construction of Buildings and supporting facilities at Mloganzila Campus in Dar es Salaam Tanzania.
