ADD International is looking for a Co-Chief Executive & Transformation Officer (CETO) to job-share with our current CETO.

Contract: 3 days per week Job Share with current CTO starting April 2022 on a permanent basis.

Role Context
ADD International is looking for a Co-Chief Transformation Officer to work together with our current CTO who will be reducing her hours from April onwards, to lead the organisation through a time of re-imagination and change.

As an organisation that works with disability activists in Africa and Asia our Trustees are clear that lived experience leadership is hugely important to our mission. We are therefore deliberately reserving this post as a positive action initiative for a Disabled person as is permissible under UK law.

We also particularly welcome applications from those who are of Black, Asian, minority ethnic or mixed-race background in recognition of the importance of that lived experience to the core purpose of our work.

This is an opportunity for someone with leadership experience and intrapreneurial drive to help define and build an INGO of the future; rooted in the lived experience of disabled people1 in the countries we work in and to work in a Co-leadership capacity to implement changes recently agreed by our Board of Trustees.

As a ‘disability confident employer’ ADD guarantees to interview all disabled candidates who meet the minimum criteria. We want to see you at your best and so please let us know if there are any adjustments at all that we can make to the recruitment process to ensure that it works for you. We are also committed to ensuring that we continue to review and make adjustments throughout your employment with ADD.
