JVACEE is a joint venture company of Arab contractor and El-sewedy Electric, dealing with the scope of Engineering, Procurement and Construction of Julius Nyerere Hydropower Project in Stigler’s Gorge in Tanzania. It is expected to produce 2,115 MW of installed Capacity. We are looking for the below mentioned positions to be filled immediately.
Position Title: Supervisor – Painting Posts
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
| Responsible to oversees the construction activities that take place on the worksite. They are heavily involved in planning, organizing and controlling projects. Construction Supervisors are responsible for supervising the contractors and staff while maintaining a safe work environment accompanied with orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees and subordinates; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions following strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and resolving problems pertaining to painting works with applicable wide experience on paints, and coatings methods of application maintaining required finishing and quality control of the finished item.
